If you can’t attend the event, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If Wellness Agents Inc cancels an event, stallholders will be issued a full refund. If Wellness Agents Inc reschedules an event, stallholders will have the choice of transferring their booking to the new date/time or a full refund. Requirements You are responsible for managing your own financial transactions. You are responsible for your stall security before, during and after the event. You must provide a certificate of currency for public liability insurance and any other requisite cover before you begin set up. Failure to do so will result in your eviction and forfeit of fees. Timing Arrive at the designated time. If you arrive early, you will not be granted access until the specified opening time. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted, and your fees will be forfeit. Ensure you allow enough time to be set up and ready to open by the event start time. If you are concerned the time available is insufficient, please contact us in advance to arrange earlier access (fees may apply). Do not commence packing up until the event end time. Ensure you are packed up and have vacated the venue within the designated pack up time. If we have to keep the venue open for you to finish packing up, you may be charged for additional venue hire and staffing. If you are concerned you will not have enough time to pack up, please contact us in advance to arrange a longer duration (fees may apply). Sound You will comply with any venue-specific noise restrictions. If you are playing music, you must obtain the necessary licensing and provide proof if requested. Music must be suitable for all audiences in terms of explicit content. Please keep sound to a reasonable volume so as not to intrude upon other stallholders. Venue You will keep all signage, equipment and belongings within the space designated for your stall. You will follow any venue-specific rules concerning display material and set up (eg no tape on walls, no screwing into the floor), safety regulations and other requirements.
