Stallholders booking stall space at events are subject to further terms and conditions.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Until you have paid, the booking is not confirmed and the place may be booked by another person.

Event tickets are non-refundable.

If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person if there is a wait list available or you find someone to take your place. To find out if there is a wait list, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is a wait list and someone willing to take the spot, we will reimburse you the ticket price minus an administration fee of $25 or 10% (whichever is greater) once the new attendee is confirmed.

If you are arranging a transfer to a friend, it is up to you to handle transfer of monies. You must still contact WAI to advise of the transfer so we can update our records.

Please be aware that special needs (eg dietary requirements) may not be accommodated for short notice transfers.

If Wellness Agents Inc cancels an event, attendees will be issued a full refund.

If Wellness Agents Inc reschedules an event, attendees will have the choice of transferring their ticket to the new date/time or a full refund.

Wellness Agents Inc is not responsible for any costs you incur with other parties (eg travel, accommodation, equipment or insurance), including any of our affiliates, in the attending of an event.

Acceptance of Terms

Requirements

You are responsible for managing your own financial transactions.

You are responsible for your stall security before, during and after the event.

You must provide a certificate of currency for public liability insurance and any other requisite cover before you begin set up. Failure to do so will result in your eviction and forfeit of fees.

Timing

Arrive at the designated time. If you arrive early, you will not be granted access until the specified opening time. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted, and your fees will be forfeit.

Ensure you allow enough time to be set up and ready to open by the event start time. If you are concerned the time available is insufficient, please contact us in advance to arrange earlier access (fees may apply).

Do not commence packing up until the event end time.

Ensure you are packed up and have vacated the venue within the designated pack up time. If we have to keep the venue open for you to finish packing up, you may be charged for additional venue hire and staffing. If you are concerned you will not have enough time to pack up, please contact us in advance to arrange a longer duration (fees may apply).

Venue

You will follow any venue-specific rules concerning display material, set up and construction, safety regulations and other requirements.

You will keep all signage, equipment and belongings within the space designated for your stall.

You will be liable for any damage to the venue or equipment resulting from your stall operations.

Sound

You will comply with any venue-specific noise restrictions.

If you are playing music, you must obtain the necessary licensing and provide proof if requested. Music must be suitable for all audiences in terms of explicit content.

Please keep sound to a reasonable volume so as not to intrude upon other stallholders.
