Thriving in a changing world.

Everything WAI does is based on our four pillars: knowledge, clarity, nature and creativity

Knowledge

Our motto is ‘there is always more to learn’. Humans are ever evolving, our knowledge continues to expand, and it’s important to always be open to new information and ideas.

WAI aims to bring a wide array of information from reputable sources to the public in accessible formats: presentations, workshops, expos and online discussions.

Clarity

Information by itself isn’t enough – we are all inundated with information. We have to find ways to act on relevant data and make sustainable, positive changes to our lifestyles.

WAI encourages people to ask questions, challenge convention and understand how to live well – whatever that means for the individual.

Nature

A big part of the WAI ethos is coming back to nature – whether that means a more natural, wholefood diet, embracing eco-friendly lifestyle choices or simply getting out and enjoying a walk on the beach or time in the garden.

WAI prioritises messages that focus on getting back to nature in all the myriad ways that entails.

Creativity

Adults need to play just as much as children! Many people believe they are ‘not talented enough’ to play with paint, join a choir, dance or write a poem, or they stopped doing so after school. Yet there are huge benefits to engaging with creativity just for fun.

WAI promotes all forms of adult creativity, whether as dedicated pursuits or frivolous (just as valid!) hobbies, and always bring an element of fun to events.
