Event Tickets

Payment is due at the time of booking. Until you have paid, the booking is not confirmed and the place may be booked by another person.

Participation in classes, events and courses is not permitted without full payment.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds, exchanges or credits are not available for change of mind or circumstance.

If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person if there is a wait list available or you find someone to take your place. To find out if there is a wait list, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is a wait list, we will reimburse you the ticket price minus an administration fee of $25 or 10% (whichever is greater) once the new attendee is confirmed. If you are arranging a transfer to a friend, it is up to you to handle transfer of monies.

Please be aware that special needs (eg dietary requirements) may not be accommodated at short notice.

Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

In the event Wellness Agents Inc. cancels an event, you will be refunded in full.

In the event Wellness Agents Inc. reschedules an event, you will be contacted regarding the new date. If you do not wish to attend the new date, you will be refunded in full.


Wellness Agents Inc. is not responsible for any costs you incur with other parties (eg travel, accommodation, equipment or insurance), including any of our affiliates, in the attending of an event.

We cannot provide refunds for non-attendance due to unforeseen circumstances on your part. If you do not attend, you forfeit your ticket.
